16D was established in 2011 at Hubli by Piyush.P and he spread his practice beyond the region into various parts of the country and the work included various sectors including healthcare , hospitality , housing , commercial spaces , public and institutional buildings etc.

He worked under Architect Dinesh Hangal in hubli. He works as a design associate focusing on sustainable contemporary spaces and co-ordinates the construction project management services of the firm and is also a managing partner in a construction firm. He is currently working towards integrating the various services offered by the firm to make it a comprehensive design-build firm.
